Below is the list of documents that we will be needing from the customer who will drive which is NEEDED 2-3 DAYS AHEAD BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DRIVE.

1. Valid driving license (front and back copy) as per the RTA list and driver should be at least 25 years old and up. Attached is the updated list of valid driving licenses here in the UAE.
2. Passport copy (If Tourist) / Emirates I.D (if UAE Resident)
3. UAE Entry Stamp for tourist only
4. Visa Copy
5. Physical Credit card (master or visa ONLY) each car would need a 3500 AED security block which will be released after 7-10 business days after the drive.

Note: Driving License which is not valid in the UAE must present an INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT.

TERMS OF SERVICE

• Once payment is made and booking confirmed there are no refunds. • The You Drive Desert Experience requires a Jeep Wrangler Rental • You will be required to sign a standard industry rental car contract • You must be 25 or older to rent a Jeep Wrangler • Second driver must be 21 or older • All Drivers must submit a copy of driver’s license, major credit card, and passport at time of booking • All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability at time of experience

Inclusions:

• Professional guide (on his own 4x4 Jeep)
• Use of air-conditioned 4x4 Jeep Wrangler
• Fuel
• Use of walkie-talkie and safety equipment
• Bottled water

Exclusions:

• Food and drinks

• يمكن استرداد المدفوعات عبر الإنترنت إلى الحساب المصرفي أو المحفظة، بينما لا يمكن استرداد مدفوعات المحفظة أو النقاط إلا إلى رصيد المحفظة.
• قد يستغرق معالجة عمليات رد الأموال المباشرة إلى حساب مصرفي ما بين 10 إلى 15 يوم عمل.
• سيتم تحويل المبالغ المستردة إلى رصيد المحفظة على الفور ولا يمكن استخدامها إلا في تطبيق DoJoin أو موقع الويب.
• لن يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة في حالة وجود مشكلات تتعلق بجودة النشاط أو رضا العملاء عنه.
