Required documents:

• Clear Colour Scan Copy of Passport
• One Recent photo with white background
• Address with contact no.
• Exact Travel dates (From-To) Visa will be issued from travel dates provided for the next 30 days.
• Entry & Exit Ports in Vietnam

• Granting or denying a visa remains entirely at the discretion of the respective Consulate or Embassy.
• Dojoin acts only as a service facilitator and cannot be held liable for any delays or rejections made by the visa-issuing authorities.
• Requirements for documentation, visa fees, and associated service charges may change without prior notification.
• All fees are non-refundable once submitted.

• غير قابلة للاسترداد
• يمكن استرداد المدفوعات عبر الإنترنت إلى الحساب المصرفي أو المحفظة، بينما لا يمكن استرداد مدفوعات المحفظة أو النقاط إلا إلى رصيد المحفظة.
• قد يستغرق معالجة عمليات رد الأموال المباشرة إلى حساب مصرفي ما بين 10 إلى 15 يوم عمل.
• سيتم تحويل المبالغ المستردة إلى رصيد المحفظة على الفور ولا يمكن استخدامها إلا في تطبيق DoJoin أو موقع الويب.
• لن يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة في حالة وجود مشكلات تتعلق بجودة النشاط أو رضا العملاء عنه.
