Required Documents:
- Completed Visa Application (Form 14A):
- Must be filled out and signed by the applicant. The signature confirms that the applicant understands the legal implications of submitting false or incomplete details during the visa process.
- Two Recent Passport-Sized Photographs:
- Photos should be in color, taken against a plain white background, with the applicant wearing a dark-colored shirt. They must not be older than 3 months (dimensions: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm). Studio-taken photos are preferred. A digital copy should also be emailed to the Visa Application Centre (VAC).
- Original Passport:
- Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date in Singapore.
- Proof of UAE Residency:
- The applicant must currently reside in the UAE with valid residency status.
- Copy of Passport and UAE Residency Visa:
- Include bio page, any renewal/extension/amendment pages, and a valid UAE Residence Visa. The visa must remain valid throughout the entire travel period.
- Employment Verification (Salary Certificate):
- An original letter from your employer, signed and stamped, stating your job title and salary details. The document should not be older than one month and must include full company contact information (address, phone number, email or website).
- For Business Owners / Partners / Freelancers / Self-Sponsored Individuals:
- Provide an original, signed, and stamped letter on company letterhead stating your role, income details, and source of earnings. The letter must be dated within the past month and include the company’s full contact details. Also submit a copy of the Trade License showing your name as a Partner or Owner.
- For Dependents (Including Minors):
- Include the UAE Visa sponsor's Salary Certificate or Employer Letter. For minors, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) signed by both parents is required, along with copies of their passports and UAE visas.
- Confirmed Flight Itinerary:
- Provide a round-trip flight booking at the time of application submission.
Accommodation Proof:
Submit evidence of lodging arrangements:
- Non-residential stay: Hotel or serviced apartment bookings covering your full stay in Singapore.
- Residential stay: If staying at a private residence (owned, shared, or rented), include a Letter of Invitation, and a colored copy of the host’s National Registration Identity Card (NRIC). Ensure you comply with Singapore’s rental rules for private property or HDB flats.
- Letter of Introduction (LOI - Form V39A), if applicable:
- The LOI must include the local host’s full name, NRIC number, job title, residential address (with postal code), and phone number.
- It can be issued by a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident aged 21 or above.
Note: The LOI is mandatory for applicants from certain nationalities. Please refer to the ICA website to confirm if it's required for your country of citizenship.
For Business-Related Visits:
- A color copy of the business invitation letter from the hosting company in Singapore.
- A color copy of the host company’s business profile (from ACRA) listing all directors/shareholders.
- The Singapore Consulate may request a recently dated ACRA profile (not older than 3 months), depending on the case.
- If a Letter of Introduction (LOI – Form V39A) is required, it must contain the complete details of the Singaporean contact person, as outlined above.
