• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.) absolve dojoin of liability with no refunds issued.

• All terms governed by Sharjah and UAE federal laws; disputes subject to Sharjah courts' jurisdiction.

• Infants (0–3 years): Travel free of charge. Infants are required to be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult and do not occupy a separate seat.
