Deep Dive Dubai is the ultimate destination for adventure seekers ready to explore the world’s deepest pool. Located within the NAS Sports Complex, this record-breaking facility invites you to dive into an incredible 12-meter-deep underwater experience. Whether you're a beginner or just curious, you’ll be guided by professional instructors who will walk you through everything you need to know — no prior experience required. To participate, you must be at least 10 years old, and there’s no upper age limit for adults. All equipment is provided on-site, including towels and snorkeling gear, so you can simply show up and dive in — no need to bring anything but your sense of adventure.

Please bring a valid photo ID, such as an original Emirates ID, passport, or driver’s license in English. The name must match the person taking part in the dive.
Your ticket is only valid for the person and time shown on it, and can't be transferred or reused. All guests should be able to swim and feel comfortable in the water.
Divers must be at least 10 years old on the day of the experience. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you.
If you currently have or have previously had any medical conditions listed on Deep Dive Dubai’s website, you’ll need to provide a completed and stamped Declaration of Fitness form from your doctor.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and get ready.
Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and flip-flops!

For diving experiences, participants can start from the age of 10.
