• Minimum weight 80kg (depending on the weather)
• Maximum weight 180 kg (2, 3 or 4 people's combined weight cannot exceed 180 kg).
• Seawake has the right to cancel the booking even with short notice due to sudden change of weather condition

• From the meeting point you will ride on our Parasailing boat, from there you will travel to the open sea near to the side of Atlantis/palm, our staff will assist you on putting the harness and you will start the parasailing.

• Parasailing is up to 8mins to 10mins depending on wind & sea condition, the whole trip might take 1 to 1.5 hrs depending on the sea condition. This duration is estimated only. After your turn you have to wait for the other guests to finish the parasailing.

• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
