• Beginners/First time rides will be lead by our Grooms.
• Intermediate Riders can ride on their own with the guidance of our expert.
• Expert Riders will have a short brief at the stables to test their skills.
• Pregnant Ladies will not be permitted on Off-Road Drive activities.
• Guests with injuries and medical conditions in their neck or back will not be permitted on Off-Road Drive activities.
• Guests with heart disease, any medical conditions, and still on any type of medication are required to kindly inform the Reception Desk; for safety evaluation reasons.
• All Stargazing activities are dependent on weather conditions on the night of the booking.
• To reschedule your booking, please let us know 72 hours' prior to your booking date.
• All no-shows will be considered canceled and full charges applicable.

Children 11 years and above are allowed, children between 10-18 years of age require a Guardian to be present.

• Less than 24hr non-refundable 24hr to 72hr 50% fine more than 72hr free cancellation
• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
