1. Activities Participants are Required to checkin at our center 10-15 min prior the activities scheduled time
2. Participants must be min 12 years old and above
3. Participants 12 to 16 years old must have a guardian to sign a liability release form
4. Not following the instructors instructions can lead to a cancellation of your session, safety always comes first
5. Hydro has the right to cancel-reschedule-the session in case of weather changes
