• Around 18 hours including pick-up & drop off and staying overnight at camp in Igloo tent
• Opening Time: Between 14:30 hours to 15:30 hours.
• Closing Time: Between 08:30 hours to 09:00 hours (next day)

• Safari guide will do the pickup and drop back from respective hotels within Dubai and Sharjah City Limits in 4X4 vehicles.

• Child rates apply to children between the ages of 4 - 12 years.
• Children below 4 years are not accepted on Shared off-road excursions.
• Children below the age of 8 years must book a Child Seat / Booster Seat at a small supplement.
• Please book a private vehicle if you have a child below 4 years.

• For Children below 4 years, dune bashing will be avoided due to safety reasons and smooth driving protocol will be followed by the safari guide.
• Children below 12 years need to be accompanied by an adult
• Alcohol not allowed in all parts

• On sharing vehicle basis - Pick up will be done from hotels only.
• On private vehicle basis – Pick up will be done from your location within Dubai and Sharjah City Limits.

• "Wearing lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters, jackets, Pashminas may be needed during winter months, especially in the evenings.
• Good quality sunglasses are advised.
• Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.
• Closed shoes and slippers are recommended.

• Ans: Yes, it is available on consumption basis at the camp. Payment to be made directly at camp in cash or card.

Are Quad Bikes available at the camp?

• Bikes are available at a designated area en-route to camp and needs to be pre-booked, at additional cost. Walk-in booking for bikes, is subject to availability and payment to be done directly by cash or card"

• For others sake, please respect the time of pickup at your hotel. Please be in the lobby of the hotel at least 10 minutes prior to your pickup time.
• Pickup & drop off - Outside City limits will entail an additional supplement.

• Restriction on live shows i.e. Tanoura & Belly dance during the Holy month of Ramadan (fasting month) and other Islamic Holidays.

• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
