TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Application Form (Must be filled out accurately and signed by the applicant)

• Two Recent Photos (Size: 5x6 cm, white background. One photo should be attached to the form, the other handed to the visa officer. Do not staple photos; damaged photos will be rejected.)

• Original Passport

• For single-entry visas: must be valid for at least 180 days at the time of application

• For multiple-entry visas: passport must remain valid for at least 90 days beyond the requested visa duration

• Copies of Passport and UAE Residency Visa

• Copies of any previous Turkish visas (if applicable)

• Flight and Hotel Bookings (Confirmed round-trip flight ticket and hotel reservation)

• Bank Statement

• Original, stamped bank statements from the last 3 months

• If the applicant is unemployed or a domestic worker, a bank statement from the sponsor is acceptable

• Salary Certificate

• Required from the employer or sponsor. If unemployed or a housemaid, submit a copy of the sponsor’s passport

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the sponsor

1. Business owners must include a copy of their trade license
2. For minors under 18, both parents must attend the appointment or provide a jointly signed NOC with their passport copies

• If travel is organized through a travel agency, a letter stating the travel dates, purpose, and itinerary must be provided
• The Consulate may request an invitation letter from a host in Turkey
• Must include: host’s name, Turkish ID number, address, contact details, and a declaration of financial responsibility
• If the host is a company, include a copy of its tax registration certificate**

BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Application Form (Accurate and signed by the applicant)
• Two Photos (5x6 cm, white background, same instructions as above)
• Original Passport (With the same validity rules as the tourist visa)
• Copies of Passport and UAE Residency Visa
• Copies of any previous Turkish visas (if available)
• Flight and Hotel Booking Confirmations
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer or sponsor
• Must specify the applicant’s position in the company
• Company’s Trade License (UAE-based company)
• Salary Certificate
• Invitation Letter from the Turkish Business Partner
• Must be signed by an authorized person
• Should detail: purpose and dates of visit, accommodation arrangements, and confirmation that all expenses will be covered by the Turkish company
• Trade License of the Turkish Company and a copy of its Trade Registry Gazette
• If applicable, copy of any contract signed between the applicant’s company and the Turkish counterpart

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• To validate your visa application and demonstrate your eligibility, all the required documents listed below must be submitted.
• Submission of the necessary paperwork does not ensure the approval or issuance of a visa.
• The Consulate General reserves the right to request additional documents if needed.
• Applications can only be made at the Turkish Consulate General in Dubai if you hold a valid UAE residency visa for Dubai or the Northern Emirates.
• It is highly advisable to apply for a visa at least three weeks before your intended departure to Turkey. During busy travel seasons, a pre-booked appointment system may be in effect.**

• Non-Refundable
• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
