Deposit-Free Option:

• No upfront security deposit is required.
• The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, damage, fuel, tolls, and other charges incurred during the rental period, even if discovered after the vehicle is returned.
• Requires signing a "Deposit Surety Form" acknowledging this responsibility.
• A small, non-refundable management fee will be applied.

Refundable Security Deposit:

• A security deposit amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card.
• The pre-authorization will be automatically released once the rental is closed and all outstanding charges are cleared.

Accepted Payment Method (for both options):

• Credit card only.
• The credit card must be valid and in the primary renter's name.

General Conditions Related to Deposits:

• Deposit releases (for the Refundable Security Deposit option) typically take 14–21 days, depending on your bank's processing time.
• we reserves the right to charge any repair costs or government fines discovered after the rental period directly to the registered credit card.

Needed documents for all the cars:

• A copy of a valid driving license (both sides).
• A copy of your passport or UAE ID (for residents).
• Preferred rental time
• Pickup location.
• Email address for confirmation.

• Free delivery to any location within a 25 km radius of the VIP Car Rental branch.
• All other destinations (beyond Dubai city limits and more than 25 km from our branch) incur an additional delivery fee depending on the location.

• Free Modifications - You can change your booking for free up to 48 hours before your pick-up time. However, new rental prices may apply.
• Free Cancellations - You can cancel your booking without any charge up to 48 hours before your rental starts.
• Late Cancellations - If you cancel within 48 hours of your rental, a fee equal to one day's rental will apply.
• Early Returns - If you return the car early, we are unable to provide a refund for the unused days.

• Non-Refundable
• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
