Children 12 years and above will be considered adults
Please note that a second child or any child aged 6 years and above is not permitted to stay in the Guest room
For Pool View Rooms, a third child or any child aged 12 years and above is not permitted
Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged accordingly

If requested dates are not available, an alternative check-in date will be offered
Please note that per UAE law, all guests must present either their original passport with a visa or with the latest entry stamp or an Emirates ID upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the room to guests that do not provide proper identification
