• Flight Delays or Missed Connections: Any changes to the itinerary due to missed or delayed flights will be at the traveler’s own expense.

• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund

• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
