On entry, customer must display a valid photo identification document such as original Emirates ID, driving license in English, or original passport. The name on the identification document must match the individual participating in the diving experience. Entrance is valid only for the specified person and time mentioned on the ticket and cannot be reused across multiple bookings.

• Customer must be comfortable in the water and able to swim.
• Customer has to arrive at least 30 min before the start of experience.
• Experience will be cancelled, and all payments lost if customer arrives late.
• Customer must agree to follow all Deep Dive Dubai policies and procedures.
• Customer must agree to avoid all alcohol or non-prescription drugs at least 24 hours before diving.
• Customer must be at least 10 years old on the day of the dive. If less than 18 years of age, he/she has to bring parent or legal guardian on the day of dive.
• Customer must agree to complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release and medical form.
• If customer suffers from or has previously suffered from any of the medical conditions listed on www.deepdivedubai.com website, he/she must agree to submit a filled, signed, and stamped copy of the Declaration of Fitness form from doctor.
• Customer must agree to avoid flying or high altitude (i.e., Burj Khalifa) at least 12 hours after diving unless I have done more than one dive in which case I will wait at least 18 hours.

• Non-Refundable
• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
