With its marvelous nature and breathtaking culture, Japan is an excellent destination for tourists and business people. Since Japan is very careful about documents, you have to be precise with your preparation. To do so, we will assist you in preparing all the documents and getting ready for a marvelous trip to Japan. Gathering all the documents and sending them to the embassy will take at least two weeks, so you should be in contact with us before the deadline. The Japan visa is only valid for 3 months (90 days), and you must return before the expiration date. Keep in mind that due to conditions, you may be obligated to provide other papers to complete your request, so keep in touch with the DoJoin travel team at all points. DoJoin team will help you to prepare all the documents and will assist you in all points.

Kindly note that we are unable to accept applications if your flight is scheduled within 2 weeks from the application date.
It is NOT allowed to stay in Japan more than 90 days or perform any activities to undertake revenue-generating business operations or any activities to receive remuneration as visa status of short-term stay
Please note that The Consulate General of Japan in Dubai may issue a single-entry visa after visa examination.
Documents must be original unless specifically indicated.
The required documents should be valid at the time of visa application and should be submitted within 3 months of their date of issue.
Submitted documents for application will not be returned (except passport).
You may be requested to submit additional documents that are deemed necessary for the examination.
Please NOTE that submitting INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT documents that are not meeting the requirements mentioned in the list above or that were advised to you at the counter by the submission officer would lead to immediate rejection or termination of the application by the Consulate.

Visa fee including VFS service fee: AED 120/-Per Person (you have to pay to us )
Smart assistance charges: AED 150 per person (documentation only)
Processing time: 08 to 10 working days (more or less depend upon Consulate)
Please note, Appointment has to be booked if Submitting from Dubai Consulate.
