Day 1 – Arrival and Baku City Tour Arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD), complete Visa On Arrival procedure. Meet and greet by representative and private transfer to Wyndham Hotel Baku (or similar). Evening panoramic city tour including Highland Park, Flame Towers, International Mugham, Baku Venice, Baku Boulevard, Old City (Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah Palace), and Fountain Square. Overnight in Baku.
Day 2 – Shahdag Day Trip Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Quba and visit Shahdag Mountain Resort. Enjoy cable car rides, panoramic mountain views, and optional summer adventure activities (paragliding, roller coaster, hiking trails – on direct payment). Overnight in Baku.
Day 3 – Absheron and Gobustan Tour Breakfast at hotel. Absheron highlights: Ateshgah Fire Temple, Yanar Dag, Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center. Gobustan highlights: ancient carvings, petroglyphs, museum, and mud volcanoes (activities on additional payment). Overnight in Baku.
